Life is Beautiful

Semiya Kheer

                                   Ingredients                            Quantity (4portions)

                                    Ghee                                      50 grms,  

                                    Vermicelli                              300 grms, 

                                    Milk                                       500 ml,

                                    Sugar                                     300 grms,

                                    Cashew nuts                            50 grms,

                                    Raisons                                    50 grms



Method:

1) Heat ghee and de fry the cashew nuts keep a side,

2) Take same ghee and after southe the vermicelli,

3)Add hot water milk and sugar,

4)When vermicelli cook properly add the cashew nuts...
