Tips - Hair and Dandruff

Drink fresh palak juice (Palakura Rasam) or coreander juice (kothimeera rasam) at least once a day for 3 or 4 weeks regularly, you can avoid hair fall.

Grind the roots of jasmine plant with lemon juice and apply the paste to the scalp, wash after half an hour. no grey hair now.

Dont tempt for the advertisements on TV and for those shampoos available in market. Use natural soapnut (kumkudu kaya) and Seekai Juice for your head bath and avoid dandruff and hair fall. If you dont have the time to use all these and you are forced to use shampoos, go for herbal shampoos.

If you have hairfall due to dandruff, burn some coconut pieces and powder them. Apply the powder daily on that particular damaged part of your scalp, you will get hair again.There are some herbal oils also for this, select a right one.

Keep some neem leaves in water and boil it. Have head bath with that water to prevent dandruff.

You can mix some lemon juice with coconut oil and apply to prevent dandruff.

Beat egg yolk and apply to the scalp. Leave it for 2 hours and wash to get rid of dandruff. You can apply curd also instead of egg yolk.

Apply glycerin to the scalp and massage well. Leave it for 4 or 5 hours. then have a head bath. dandruff never troubles you.
